Description

This navy tote combines a short carry handle with a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap, so the same bag works by hand on a commute and across the body at a trade show. The 36 x 28 x 15 cm body is cut from polyester oxford cloth and closes with a full-length top zip, which keeps documents, a laptop and small items secure in a crowd.

It is made to order for brands, universities, retailers and event teams. Size is customisable, the body is oxford cloth, and branding can be applied by UV printing, heat transfer or screen printing. MOQ is 200 pieces and the reference price is US$10.00 per unit.

Carry It Two Ways

The cream webbing handles are sized for the hand: a 25 cm drop that keeps the bag close at a till or on a train. The second option is a navy webbing shoulder strap with a slider and two swivel snap hooks. Clip it on for a cross-body carry when both hands are needed, lengthen it to wear over a coat, or take it off and leave the bag as a clean hand tote.

The 36 x 28 x 15 cm body is a document size rather than a shopper size. It takes an A4 folder flat, a 14-inch laptop in a sleeve, a bottle and a pair of shoes, and the 15 cm gusset gives it enough depth to stand on the floor while it is being packed.

Oxford Cloth Body

Oxford is a tightly woven synthetic fabric, usually polyester, with a smooth surface and a water-resistant finish. Compared with cotton canvas of similar weight it is lighter, does not shrink, holds colour after repeated use and dries quickly. Rain, spilled coffee and dust wipe off the surface instead of soaking in.

The standard body is 600D polyester oxford in navy, with 420D and 900D weights available. Black, grey, burgundy and custom Pantone matches can be produced. Because the fabric is synthetic, a cotton canvas version can be quoted if your programme requires a natural fibre.

The tight weave also gives a smooth print surface, so fine type and small logos stay crisp without sinking into a textured weave.

Zip Top and Interior

A full-length silver zip closes the top of the bag, with a brown PU leather pull tab that is easy to find in low light. For commuting, travel and events this is the difference between a bag you can set down without watching it and an open tote that invites pickpockets.

The interior is lined in black and contains a large zip pocket with a PU leather trim, plus slip pockets for a phone, cards and a pen. Optional additions include a padded laptop sleeve, a key leash, a bottle divider and a contrasting lining; each is quoted separately.

Hardware and Reinforcement

The shoulder strap attaches to two D-rings, each anchored behind a brown PU leather reinforcement tab. The tabs spread the load and protect the oxford where the hardware rubs. Swivel snap hooks let the strap rotate without twisting, and the slider holds its position under load.

Handles and strap anchors are box-X stitched and bar-tacked. Interior seams are bound, the top edge is double folded, and the base panel is reinforced so the bag keeps a rectangular footprint when loaded.

Printing and Branding

Three print methods are available for this bag:

• UV printing: holds photographic detail, gradients and fine type without colour separation, with low setup cost.
• Heat transfer: suited to multicolour artwork and small runs within an order, with a soft hand-feel.
• Screen printing: the most economical choice for one to four spot colours and strong opacity on navy.

The front panel offers a clean print area of roughly 30 x 20 cm, with the back panel, gusset and handle ends also printable. Light or metallic inks give the strongest contrast on navy, and Pantone matching is available. Woven labels, PU leather patches, metal tags and embroidery can be added as separate trims.

The samples shown carry corporate and university anniversary artwork for reference only; your own logo and colours replace them in production.

Custom Sizes

Size is custom. The 36 x 28 x 15 cm version is the standard document tote, but the same pattern can be scaled for a 13-inch laptop, a conference folder or a small gym kit. Gusset depth, handle drop and strap length are confirmed against your contents before sampling, because a 2 cm change in depth affects both capacity and how the bag stands.

Care and Longevity

Wipe the oxford with a damp cloth for everyday marks. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry away from direct heat. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron directly on the print. Wipe the PU leather tabs with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged soaking.

The MOQ is 200 pieces per design and the reference price is US$8.00 per unit. Sampling takes 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production is typically 25 to 35 days depending on quantity, print method and fabric stock. Shipping is quoted separately by sea, air or express, on EXW, FOB or door-to-door terms.
